Heather’s experience extends beyond operating CutiePaws. Since 2020, she has served as a Customer Success Partner with Precise Petcare, professional pet sitting software supporting pet care businesses with scheduling, communication, billing, and day-to-day operations.
Working directly with professional pet care companies has given Heather a broader perspective on the systems, technology, communication, and operational standards behind exceptional pet care businesses.
