Our Story!

CutiePaws Pet Sitting has been taking care of pets (and their people!) since owner Heather Jaeger started the company in 2008. Whether they’re furry, feathery, quilly or scaly, we know that your pets are part of your family, and we consider them part of our family, too. Our pet sitters have plenty of love to offer whether you need us for walks every single workday or just every now and then when you go on vacation.

Heather has more than 15 years of experience in the pet sitting industry, including managing another large pet care company and working for a pet sitting software company before starting her own business. She also currently works for Precise Petcare, the same software used by CutiePaws. She knows every piece of the industry and every step of the process and uses that knowledge to make sure your pets receive exceptional care!

We’re locally owned and operated and believe in giving back to our community. CutiePaws is a proud supporter and event sponsor for Rescue Ranch, a breed-specific rescue organization that focuses on Boston terriers, French bulldogs, and pugs. While we never expect injuries or mistakes to happen and have protocols in place to prevent them, we’re fully bonded and insured to protect our clients and our sitters if an issue does occur.
